The Beginning of a rumor. A re-enactment of 1973

The rumor that was started to justify the young ambitious Lawyer/PhD: Ralph Gonsalves expulsion form Barbados took a lot of crafting. The PhD. chosen to associate with a class of people he will not normally associate with, his lie about why he was expelled from Barbados, was bought hook, line and sinker by his new found associates. The lie that the young lawyer told, made everyone involved looked bad and the only hero was Ralph Gonsalves himself.


Gonsalves made the alleged victim (the professor at the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus) look like a whore, who were sleeping around with men with power; one who care nothing about the wife or the marriage of the men with whom she got involved. He also managed to paint the sitting Prime Minister of Barbados, look like an unfaithful, cheating and overly jealous man; who have been carrying on an extra marital affair with this young female (Gonsalves alleged Victim) professor, disregarding his respect for the marriage vow he made to his wife and to God. Ralph E. Gonsalves also painted the sitting Prime Minister to appear like an egotistic womanizer, who will not think twice to use his prime ministerial authority or to employ government’s resources in putting pressure on his opponent in a personal vendetta (two qualities and an outstanding practice that P.M. Gonsalves have become famous for).


It was Ralph Gonsalves’ story that the then sitting Prime Minister of Barbados, was having an extramarital affair with his alleged victim (The Professor at the UWI Cave Hill campus) and he (Ralph E. Gonsalves) being the Casanova (lover man) that he is, managed to win the sexual loyalty of this young female professor with whom the then sitting Prime Minister, was alleged to be having a sexual affair with. Ralph Gonsalves claimed, that his dethroning of the sitting Prime Minister, made the jealous PM extremely mad, and as a result, the Prime Minister, ordered that the relevant departments revoke the young ambitious Lawyer and PhD. Worker permit and his residence which they did.


The radical underclass with whom Ralph Gonsalves took social refuge, eat up his story like a starving fish being thrown an empty hook. They swallowed it up hook, line and sinker. To butt (win sexual favor from another man’s sex partner) the Prime Minister is almost never heard of. Now the “boys on the block” saw Ralph E. Gonsalves as the biggest wife-man (A wife-man is a prestigious title to hold among men of the black, poorer class within the West Indian community. It is a title that is given to any male who have a lot of woman. Or one whom a lot of women find attractive and was willing to sleep with that man) ever.

Note:
(The wife-man mentality is one of those quality that survived slavery. Where the big, strong back men were preserved as stud in the same way a breeder will use a horse, to preserve the blood line of an exceptional breed of horse. During slavery the studs were given special privileges and they get to sleep with most of the other female slaves without the responsibility of fathering the children he produced. This was how the owner of the plantations who owned the slaves planned it to maximize his profits).
Some of the question we must find answer to are:

1. Was Ralph E. Gonsalves story about his sexual relationship with the UWI professor with whom he claimed to have had a relationship with true?
2. Was the reason Ralph E. Gonsalves claimed as to why he was expelled from the island of Barbados where he made his living as a university professor true
3. Was the report that this University professor made to the police alleging that she was raped by Ralph Gonsalves true?
4. We will attempt to dig up evidence to answer the above questions?
